Before becoming a member of Companion Connection Senior Care and founding my business, I worked as a social worker in New York City. With two young children, I decided I no longer wanted to commute every day and opportunities for social workers in New Jersey were not ideal. If I was ever going to open my own business, I decided now was the time. I liked the idea of helping people - after all, I was a social worker - and saw the growth potential in the at-home senior market.
